Banh Mi

The girl who ordered this said that it was her favourite thing on the menu. She tries to eat other things here, but she always goes back to this. Can't wait to get this next time.

Another winner! Very fresh tasting with authentic flavour - marinated tofu, mushrooms, walnut pate, cucumbers, mayo, daikon and carrots, topped with cilantro on a house made baguette.

I loved the coffee house vibe of democracy. The iced coffee with oat milk is by far the best I’ve had. The Banh Mi sandwich was delicious. I would recommend. The only have two outdoor tables but we just grabbed to go and ate down at the lake.

Everything in this sandwich was amazing, the way everything was paired together was perfect, I wouldn’t change a thing. The bread is a liiiittle thick though and honestly it would do fine as an opened faced sandwich, but still very enjoyable as is.
