Baked Mac’n Cheese

Everything we ate at this restaurant was amazing, including this dish. The vegan cheese was so creamy and tasty. Everything on the menu can be made vegan—I don’t know why they don’t just go ahead and go fully vegan. #crittercreekfarmsanctuary

Tasted absolutely amazing, one of the best vegan Mac and Cheeses I’ve ever had. They also had mushrooms bits to act as bacon which worked really well in the dish.

So creamy and delicious. Would recommend adding the shiitake bacon bits!!
