Bagel Sandwich

We had the Bagel Sandwich on an everything bagel with tofu egg, pesto and mozzarella. It was really good but it was really small and we definitely wanted more. The bagel had the right amount of chewiness. Couldn’t even tell it was gluten free.

This Cafe is all vegan + GF! There are several kinds of bagels you can choose from as well as what to put on it. This one is simply vegan egg & cheese.
