Bacon Cheezburger

First off, let me start by congratulating the restaurant on such an awesome opening weekend!! Its really inspiring to see vegan fast food come to West Philly and people enjoying it! The place was packed out. They had some trouble getting dishes out of the kitchen and the cashier and owner were super apologetic, which was appreciated. I’ll lend some grace to the fact that this was opening weekend and it takes a few weeks to get into the groove. The fries and the berry smoothie were great. I felt that the “bacon” burger could’ve been more robust, especially after such a long wait. I think adding a second patty, more toppings, and maybe a special sauce would do the trick. For the side of the menu that is not vegan, I think you guys should make that more clear to patrons. There was a lot of confusion around whether or not the pescatarian dishes were vegan also. I look forward to coming back in a few months to support this Black-owned business again!
