Absolutely delicious salad from stefanos, the dressing is perfect

fancy salad at a sandwich place. weird little white long boi mini clustery mushrooms all up in it. i don’t know what they were. it was a big flav. it was like whoa what’s this flav. never had something at stefano’s/gia that wasn’t at least 2 levels better than it needed to be. but ya this is a salad. #9090challenge #20 #veganisnotscary

Stefano’s reduced their hours to Sunday-only pop ups to make way for their *new* plant forward restaurant concept, Gia 👀 . This bb gem salad 💎🥗 is available on both menus and it’s got a bunch of special ingredients like tiny pickled honey mushrooms (so smol 🥺🍄), avocado, crispy shallots, and a creamy almond dressing. Rich, fancy salad. It was cool!
