Avocado toast

The classic is fine and it is a good way to start the day.

This display is very colorful and appealing, and also takes up a lot of space so it looks like more than it is 😆 The avocado is very smushy, I think I prefer a bit less mashed. The daikon bacon didn't taste like much to me, I think they should use coconut bacon, it's so yummy and fatty. A nice dish but nothing too exciting here.

Such a good idea to have it in a style of small little portions/sandwich style. Fill of freshness and flavour! Had an extra sauerkraut on the side.

Really nice avo-toast with different garnishes. Great dish for sharing.
