
Really filling, and pretty good 👍🏼 Restaurant was kind enough to help pack away half the ciabatta. Avocado used was fresh, whole food produce with olive oil. Bread was good, too. A decent, simple avocado ciabatta with portobello mushroom and baby spinach. One would have to veganize it as it comes originally with mozzarella and feta.
I took the formula which turns to be a great value for money (salad, coffee, main, dessert). I asked to Veganize it and they replaced the cheese with vegan cheese which I found it to be a bit sweet. But overall the Sandwich was crunchy and really tasty.
This is on their set lunch menu (not on ala carte). Generous amount of rope avocado, tomatoes, grilled Portobello Mushroom, greens with a dlizzle of balsamic vinegar... Simple and Yummy! Ciabatta bread is also perfect - crunchy and chewy but soft inside. This is the best sandwich I've had so far in Singapore;)
