aubergine & pesto

What an incredible dish! Third dish and just as incredible as the first two ones we had. We got the gf bread for my friend and I got the regular bread. It was just all a flavour explosion. Holy cow just wow.

Interesting dish. I think I would have enjoyed it more if it came with more bread to eat it with (it came with two mini pieces). It has a lot of flavor!
