Atypical Raw Vegan Ball

Medjool date energy balls. Available in various flavours such as pomegranate, matcha, and cacao (my favourite). I believe some of these are also handcrafted by special needs students from Genesis School as part of the owner's effort to provide vocational training.

(Right of picture) The nut version of the raw vegan energy balls was made from medjool dates as well as activated nuts and seeds. My favourite was the cacao maca flavour as it reminded me of chocolate truffles! The matcha had an intense bittersweet flavour, while the spirulina flavour reminded me of roasted seaweed sheets. These are also handmade by Genesis School special needs students.

Another unique dish. Everything here is fermented for days, not just hours.
