Arrosto Di Seitan

The softest #seitan I have ever tasted was served in La Tecia Vegana in #Venezia 😍Also look how beautiful it looks!! When I planned the day trip to Venice, I booked us a table in this #veganrestaurant that I had visited last year, and @curtistheweirdcat got to taste their fabulous ravioli that I had tried last year and loved (and reviewed). The seitan roast was incredibly juicy and spongy, served with a lush sauce and a big potato. Excellent dish!

Arrosto di seitan fatto in casa, una cosa spaziale. Praticamente il pranzo della domenica delle nonne del futuro. Tutto buonissimo, bisognerebbe tornare a Venezia solo per rimangiare qui!

Altro piatto squisito super riuscito. I funghi poi avevano un sapore incredibile 15€

Questo arrosto di seitan è praticamente identico all’originale! Veramente incredibile la somiglianza🙄
