I loved these arrosticini! They were part of the starters in the menu but we decided to combine them with a caponata to make a main and it turned out great: These arrosticini were probably the highlight of our lunch here: they were super savory soy morsels skewers with the perfect consistency. We often prepare them in a similar way at home (they are marinated and then baked in the oven), but the mix of herbs in which the restaurant marinated them was something different that we haven’t tried before and we totally loved it! Piatto straordinario! Arrosticini di seitan fantastici, ricreano il sapore della tradizione senza crudeltà. Personale gentilissimo e servizio assolutamente ineccepibile.

Arrosticini Veg, a base di soia disidratata, condimento perfetto, tenerissimi.

Molto "succosi" e saporiti, nel complesso buoni ma molto salati.

Morbidi, si sciolgono in bocca. Speziati al punto giusto, un capolavoro.
