Almond Udon

this is insanely flavorful, probably my favorite thing to eat ever. nice and spicy but also somehow sooo creamy. generous amount of noodles and toppings which i am grateful for. they always make sure it looks pretty as well :). topped with tofu and mushrooms, my two favorites.

We chose to add spicy red peeper flakes to this beautiful dish of Tofu, Nori, Shimeji Mushrooms, Bok Choy, Shiso, Togarashi. The sauce is a bit sweet and has an earthy flavor.
