Activated carbon vegan "coca" with coconut whip cream and redfruits

Little bit difficult to eat but so good! Combination of berries and whipoed cream was very delicious. And the whipped cream was yummy.

A very interesting dish made with a hemp pizza base, topped with fresh coconut whipped cream and a variety of red berries. Simple but clever. It tasted super delicious. My only issue with this was that the base was a bit hard to tear - so it made the eating experience complicated. Also, the coconut whip cream started to melt pretty fast. There were just minor issues though - I felt the dish was still amazing!
