炸酱面 Zha Jiang Mian

This #zhajiangmian doesn't pass the would-bring-a-sceptical-omnivore test for me ☹️ The #noodles were too sticky and clumpy, which made it difficult to mix the stuff in. At $7.50 not exactly cheap, so overall an underwhelming effort 😐 I did enjoy the #fakemeat #mince, in isolation 🙂
