🙆🏻First time I've seen vegan baklava despite having been around vegan places quite a fair bit! So I had to try
🥜I like how it's not as sweet as the typical baklava (that I remember). I also like how the toasted nuts texture and aroma was quite rustic.
🍽️Gobi is more of a wholesaler provider, so I was quite impressed with the effort to plate the food.
