Vegan "Paella"
[Carolina gold rice simmered with tofu and vegetables in charred pepper, saffron-tomato broth - $22]

This dish had many satisfying flavors to it, the portion was big, so it will most definitely fill you up.
Everything was perfectly cooked through, the green beans had a nice crunch and the tofu kept its firm texture.

I never had a non vegan Paella, so seeing this dish on the menu as a vegan version was very pleasing. 😺
