💃🏻The cake looks so dainty, I feel like... I'm not dressed up enough for it. Haha.
🔲The cake has multiple details that's quite amazing. The piping of petals, with the Yuzu center. When you cut through, there's layers of sesame mouse and Yuzu Cake.
🍊Taste wise, it's quite an intriguing combination I thought I would see in Japan. But I guess a person's life experience can result in interesting outcomes!
🌟If I had a wish... I think it'd be nice if certain layers could have actual black sesame paste, to have that strong kick, but not overpower the Yuzu.
