Pomegranate and Berry Mess en Beck Hall Hotel — Reseña de Plumes (14 sept 2025)

I'm not usually one for meringue but I thought I'd give it a go.

The meringues were lovely and light, the rose cream was a delight!

The sesame brittle was chewy and slightly savoury.

I don't think I've had pomegranate molasses before but they were sweet and brought a real zing to the dish.
