Beck Hall Hotel
We are England’s first 100% plant-based hotel.
I went for the full English on our first morning as we had planned a lot of walking for the day.
The sausages were great and the hash browns crispy. I loved that the beans were in a separate ramekin.
The only disappointment was the tofu scramble, it wasn't the warmest and it was quite hard, I think they used the Tofoo brand which is extra firm. Whereas I usually use a mix of firm and silken tofu to make my scrambles at home.
They also had a buffet of fresh pastries, toast and cereals to help yourself to as well as ordering a dish from the menu.
