Gochujang Ginger Tofu en Beck Hall Hotel — Reseña de Plumes (14 sept 2025)

I wasn't very hungry the first night we arrived at Beck Hall for our stay in the Yorkshire Dales so I had a couple of their small plates.

The flavour of this dish was great but the tofu wasn't crispy and could have been fried a bit more.
