Wolf Sharing Food Market is an awesome concept, as it allows everyone to pick the type of food they want, and it’s super vegan friendly. There were so many things we wanted to try! We started with this veggie bao from the bao and dim sum stand, which was made from saucy Chinese mushrooms 🍄🟫, with fried onions, cilantro, and a hoisin sauce. The super umami and salty filling was balanced by the light and fluffy bao bun.
