Another nourishing double-boiled Chinese soup~ 🍲 Quite an interesting flavour combination. The incorporation of salted vegetables reminded me of pig organ soup. Lots of bittergourd chunks, tomato, and tofu, plus premium ingredients such as morel mushrooms and monkeyhead mushrooms! 🍄🟫 P.S.
