The poor icing didn't survive the trip home in the African Spring heat 😅 Alas, it still tasted good.
The carrot cake itself was moist and soft. Wasn't too sweet either, which gave the cake a great fresh flavour.
Icing is normally not my favourite, but I could handle this one.
