It’s a vegetarian cafe inside Tzu Chi’s Humanistic Youth Centre. Vegan dishes are clearly labelled. Unfortunately Tzu Chi is not vegan nor plant-based.

2 people from our group both ordered avo toast but they got different types of toasts and 2 different types of avo serving. Seems like there’s no consistency in the kitchen, perhaps a suggestion to their approach to vegetarianism/ plant-based lifestyle?
