I think baba ganoush is normally not vegan, atleast not the one from Maza. This isn't my new favorite spread, but I'm not mad at it. It is quite tasty. It has enough flavour. The texture is close to hummus. Might actually buy this again. Bought it on sale, 1+1 for free.
