I wasn’t expecting much from these mini no sausage rolls, but they are surprisingly tasty! The pastry is flaky and golden, and the filling has a nice savoury flavour that’s pretty close to what I remember of regular sausage rolls. They cook well in the air fryer (see second photo). Not exactly health food, but a really satisfying snack or party food with a decent texture and a nice balance of seasoning.
