Good quality sourdoughs are hard to find in normal supermarkets in Singapore. $7.95 for a loaf but somewhat of a let down. The bread was not crusty enough and the interior structure was monotone. There was a hint of soy and linseed but the loaf generally lacks in flavour.
Still on my search for good quality sourdough that is easily available in shops.
