Here you can order an extra side of nori, and for just $1.5 you get 4 large unseasoned sheets. A lot of folks don’t know what to do with these nor use them to their full potential, so I’m going to let you know. This only works with chopsticks btw, so get practicing if you’re rusty. Basically, you want to use each sheet to pick up a big hunk of food, whether it be rice or noodles, and make a little parcel addressed to your mouth. You want to throw the sheet on top of the food and pick it up on either side with your chopsticks, scrunching a bit of food underneath like how you would pick up a dead cockroach off the floor with a square of toilet paper 😆 Sorry for the gross image but I can’t think of a better analogy for the technique 😅
