Activated almonds and dark chocolate bar. The founder of La Vimea gifted it to us (along with a few more bars from the same brand) when we were leaving. We ripped them open when we got quite hungry on our train journey to Milan.
Tasty. Filling. Unlike date sweetened bars, this wasn’t overpoweringly sweet.

The front of the pack claims “sugar free” but I do spot a bit of cane sugar in the sub-ingredients list next to dark chocolate.
I eat sugar so that’s not a problem. But I do feel it’s a bit of a misrepresentation for those who don’t consume sugar.
