Love this gluten-free grain. It is perfect for my homemade warm salads.
I find it so convenient purchasing from Faithful to Nature and I try to look out for the specials. The prices are decent.
Buckwheat is great nutritionally, lots of fiber and various of minerals. A nice choice to alternate with quinoa if you're not wanting gluten or wheat.
