The #mutton consisted of #mushroom and #tvp. It’s quite chunky and I supposed the mushroom is meant to mimic the texture of bones within the meat. It’s marinated but the curry on the cover is not provided inside. It’s also vacuum packed. Not so healthy as it’s high in saturated fats. Overall, it’s tasty and can be cooked in different styles.
