I hate giving a bad review to a locally produced, Costa Rican product, but this “shredded chicken” didn’t do it at all for me. I don’t know if it was the way I cooked it, but I thought both flavor and texture were horrible. I tried to put spices to make it taste better and that didn’t work. I kept it on the fridge for a few days thinking how I could make it better, but then I just threw it away, I couldn’t fix it.
Freen Veg is a #costarican brand that has a wide variety of vegan products, I’ve tried a few and they have some ok one but overall is not my favorite brand, there are other ones better that are also in #costarica. This was like $4.50 maybe, so not too expensive but for how bad the product was it was not good value. I would not recommend it :( sometimes things that are ok but just I didn’t like them, I offer to my dogs and they usually would eat it., but they wouldn’t eat this product :(
