This is a new menu item!!! Gorgeous purple rice 'buns', pan-fried (or similar) so that they get nice and crispy and chewy on the outside. A house made tofu patty that is wonderfully flavoured and contained in what I think is rice paper (very innovative!). Also with sambal sauce, tamarind mayo and salad mix in the burger!! Neat. Cool.
