Vaipan Sundae en Mirisata — Reseña de pdxveg (29 jul 2025)

This consisted of three pieces of vaipan (Tamil banana fritters that were crunchy one the outside, tender and sweet on the inside), vanilla ice cream from Kate’s Ice Cream, house-made cardamom caramel, coconut whipped cream, and Oregon maraschino cherries. It was so creative and dreamy.
