spicy veggie miso en Ramen to Bíiru Malmø — Reseña de enkelvegan (11 jul 2025)

A ramen with a kelp flavored broth and topped with different mushrooms, spring onion and silken tofu. I choose the lowest (out of four) spiciness level and it was still pretty spicy haha. I didn't love the broth but the noodles and the mushrooms were good!
