We had a friend visiting yesterday, and since it was a gorgeous day, we decided to head to the Boldwood Inn in Amherst to enjoy some cocktails on the patio.
Their drinks menu is truly one-of-a-kind, featuring unique flavor combinations I've never seen before. Both CJ and I opted for the Scarlet Begonia, made with Ketel One Grapefruit Rose Vodka, begonia syrup, lemon, and soda water.
I must say, it was an exceptionally delicious drink—not only was it stunning, it was perfectly tart (which I love) and incredibly refreshing!
