This vegan mozzarella is delicious both raw and on pizza! And it's made out of brown rice. RICE.
I didn't take a picture of the packaging but here's the cheese on my homemade pizza! It melted beautifully and had a good (non-sticky) texture. The pizza was delicious both fresh and cold.
