This donut was unreal!!!! The carrot cake crumble topping was flavourful and spiced nicely. The cheesecake filling was the star!! It tasted so much like the cream cheese frosting you find paired with carrot cake. That was the best vegan cheesecake filling or cream cheese frosting I have ever had!!! My husband doesn't like carrot cake or vegan baked goods but he also thought this was delicous!
