This consisted of smoky All Vegetarian Inc 🐷-free 🥓, marinated multicolor cherry tomatoes, mixed greens, and rosemary aioli on house-made focaccia that was crispy on the outside and light, airy, and pleasantly chewy on the inside. Veganized with an Italian twist, this was delicious, satisfying, and infinitely better than the traditional animal-derived BLT.
