This consisted of buttery, meaty soy curls tossed in house-made Fresno chili hot sauce on shredded lettuce with carrot and celery slaw, tomatoes, red onion, and bold, sharp, and tangy plant-based blue cheese, which is what I had, or equally delicious ranch, plus Mama Lil’s peppers, on a spicy mayo-dressed golden brown Vietnamese style French roll. Wow! What a crave-worthy mix of contrasts: creamy and crisp, cool and 🔥, and so full of flavor.
