Chrupiące krewetki wegańskie en Vege Kitchen — Reseña de Ministerstwo Falafela (23 jun 2025)

[EN] 🌱 Another visit to Warsaw's Vege Kitchen. I decided to have "crispy shrimp". Generally, the dish is very similar to the one I described recently. Instead of tofu, we have vegetable shrimp. I don't know what they are made of, but they have a texture similar to real shrimp and a slightly seaweed taste. They are served on a vegetable sauce. At first, it looks the same as one in the previous dish, but this one had a deeper flavor. I don't know if it's a matter of the day or a slightly different sauce. It's such a fatty comfort food, so everything is tasty. 🤤

[PL] 🌱 Następna wizyta w Vege Kitchen. Zdecydowałem się na "chrupiące krewetki". Generalnie danie bardzo podobne do ostatnio opisywanego. Zamiast tofu mamy roślinne krewetki. Nie wiem z czego są wykonane ale mają teksturę przypominającą te prawdziwe, do tego lekko wodorostowy smak. Podane są na sosie warzywnym. Na pierwszy rzut oka wygląda tak samo jak w poprzednim daniu, ten miał jednak głębszy smak. Nie wiem czy to kwestia dnia czy to trochę inny sos. To taki tłusty comfort food, więc wszystko smaczne.
