Simple wee cocktail but so fresh and tasty! Pineapple is such a great summery fruit and really hits the spot on a rare sunny afternoon in Glasgow.

It's honestly so great to go for cocktails and not have to worry about any secret non-vegan ingredients or booze- we as vegans definitely need more cocktail bars 🍹
