Vegan Shoyu Ramen en Mi-ramen bistro Piazza Napoli — Reseña de Ginevra (10 jun 2025)

Average ramen with tofu, pak choi, mushrooms and bamboo. The broth was tasty, but I did not appreciate that the only two vegan options are the SAME except that the broth is different. Im sure they could use a bit more creativity
