This is hands-down my favorite dark chocolate. The 50% cocoa strikes the perfect balance — rich and smooth without being too bitter. What really makes it special, though, is the combination of textures and flavors. The roasted almonds add the perfect crunch, while the freeze-dried black plum brings a sweet and tangy lift that cuts through the richness of the chocolate.🍫
