Regular Bowl en EN Seeds / Bowl of Gratitude — Reseña de Low Lai Chow (28 may 2025)

Generous serving of pick-your-ingredients at this Fortune Centre joint on the second floor, so we skirted around the non-vegan stuff and went for one base (we chose baked sweet potato), three sides (enoki mushroom, roasted pumpkin, baked cauliflower), one protein (tempeh) and one dressing (sesame). The cauliflower was a real spicy paprika-ey standout while the well-marinated enoki mushrooms were also surprisingly tasty. On hindsight we must have been so carb-crazy that the staff threw in a token broccoli floret for good measure. 😂
