A slightly left-field take on the #bakkutteh, this was a decidedly salty and also herbal interpretation. To be fair the origins of this dish are probably quite herbal, just that most practitioners these days go in the direction of peppery/tea-forward

That picture doesn't do justice to how much I liked the ingredients - minimal vegetables, then #monkeyheadmushroom and some other kind of chewy #mushroom, #beancurd, and #soy #fakemeat 😋 Came with the usual soy sauce + cut chilli combination on the side, and I loaded it on 😁
