BLT Bagel en Ahimsa Sanctuary — Reseña de akanksha (20 may 2025)

My go-to bagel at Ahimsa. Full of flavour and the goodness of tempeh. Not sure what the bagel is made of but I like that it's not too hard and rough. Filling but not overwhelming. I've ordered this multiple times and never tire of it.
