Think thunder tea pesto with noodles, not rice. Extra points for the mani chye add-on (bliss!!), which is so rare to come by these days. Compared to the Amoy outlet, this bowl is significantly less flavourful - perhaps the yummy lei cha paste was more dry. Came with peanuts and shredded cucumber. Do #asktoveganise and omit the default ramen egg.
