I picked up Lidl’s organic seitan and wow, what a pleasant surprise!
It’s packed with flavor and has an perfect texture. I slow-cooked it with leeks, and let’s just say my guy practically licked the plate clean. I’ll definitely be buying it again, it is a great plant-based protein option.
