What a delightful and satisfying combination of tastes in this dish, described on the menu as ryngii, shiitake, enoki, and yakitori.

Tane is jewel of Honolulu. I’ve just started visiting this great restaurant founded by Chef Kin Lui and environmental activist Casson Treno. But I can already tell Tane lives up to this statement on its website:

“More than just a restaurant, Tane Vegan Izakaya is a community hub where guests can gather to share meals and connect over a mutual love of food. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to guide you through our menu and ensure your visit is memorable.”

I cant wait for my next visit later this month!
